Welcome to Manners Mowing & Maintenance. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure clear communication, fair expectations, and great service for everyone.
Manners Mowing & Maintenance provides lawn mowing and general garden maintenance services across the Gold Coast, Queensland. Services may be provided as one-off visits or as recurring services (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Prices may change if property conditions differ from what was described (e.g. overgrown lawns, access restrictions).
Any pricing changes will be discussed with you before work continues.
Payment is required after the service is completed.
Payment methods and timeframes will be communicated at booking or invoicing.
Late payments may result in delayed or suspended future services.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is always free, provided notice is given.
For the integrity and health of your lawn, services may be postponed due to wet weather.
If rain occurs, we will contact you to discuss the condition and wetness of the lawn before proceeding.
Weather-related delays do not incur cancellation fees.
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled service day.
All pets must be secured, and dog waste must be removed prior to our arrival.
Manners Mowing & Maintenance is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.
Manners Mowing & Maintenance is fully insured.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Hidden or unmarked items in grass or garden beds
Pre-existing damage
Unmarked or shallow irrigation, sprinkler, or drainage systems
Any concerns or issues must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Recurring services will continue as scheduled unless cancelled or changed by the customer.
Pricing may be reviewed periodically and adjusted with notice.
Missed visits due to access issues or customer unavailability may still be chargeable.
Manners Mowing & Maintenance reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or if abusive behaviour is directed toward staff.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
